I began making hot sauces for personal use at the beginning of the first lockdown. This gradually became an obsession as I mixed and matched different fruits and peppers to create sweet, spicy and tasty sauces. With many failing and some beating expectations I have been able to produce a small range of small batch exotic flavoured hot sauces. At the same time my friend was producing his own Salsa for personal use and dishing it out at BBQ's. Our love for the hot sauces and dips brought us closer together and we eventually were dubbed "saucy buggers".
